  Welcome

Welcome to my Website! If you are interested in massage therapy you have come to the right place!

Today, Massage Therapy is continuing to be a growing field. Many people are discovering that the benefits are usually above and beyond immediate relaxation. The American Massage Therapy Association just reported that "39% of women & 22% of men got massage to manage stress in 2009."(mtj p. 20)

So why get massage? Massage can give you a better quality of life by: reducing stress and anxiety, preventing injury, increasing circulation especially to soft tissue, increasing range of motion and flexibility, giving a better quality of sleep, lowering blood pressure, and reducing pain.

Massage can be beneficial for musculoskeletal disorders and other medical conditions including: back pain and sciatic pain, carpal tunnel, headaches, thoracic outlet, fibromyalgia, anxiety/depression. Usually after the first session you should have some indication if it is going to work for you.

I work with each client to find the modality and plan that is appropriate for him or her. Sessions are always catered to the needs of the client. My practice is inside of the Southridge Athletic Club and scheduling is available seven days a week from 6 A.M to midnight at 414-421-5770.

Also if you would like to schedule with me directly or have questions please click on "Contact Me" and send me a message. I will call you back to answer any questions you might have. You can also leave me a phone message through the Southridge Athletic Club 414-421-5770.

Thanks for visiting, and have a great day!
